"This is my second new Ranger purchase but first with Buells Marine. I thought I had a pretty good experience with my first purchase but I had no idea what I was missing. They took the time to answer my many questions that I had from my initail research. If they were not sure of the answer they did not bs just called the relevant people and got me the answer. They paid very close attention to my "anal retentive" details for tweaks and adustments I asked for. I was particullariy impressed about how I would ask for something to be ordered in a passing conversation. I would ask, in a reminding sort of way like I had to do before, and I would get it is on order and they will ship it when it arrives. WOW. You cannot go wrong with Buells Marine. They went well beyond the extra mile in my opinion and I would highly recommend a drop by visit to see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Thank again to Phil and the guys in the shop for their excellent cusomter service.
